Shipping and Delivery

Processing Times

All pieces are handmade with care. Processing times before your order ships are as follows:

Standard items: 1–2 business days

Custom items: 3–5 business days

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping (New Zealand, Australia & USA)

We ship within New Zealand, and internationally to Australia and the United States. NZ orders are sent via standard tracked post and normally take 3–7 business days. Orders to Australia and the US typically take 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey through the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. While we can't be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, we'll always work with you to find a resolution.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to protect your jewellery in transit and arrives ready for gifting. We aim to use minimal and recyclable packaging wherever possible.
