FAQs

Why can’t I buy more than one unit of each product?

We tend to move on to new ideas quickly and don’t usually make the same design multiple times. Because of that, each piece is only made in very small quantities — often just one or two.

Can I request a custom design or adjust a piece?

We don’t offer custom designs or alterations to existing pieces. All items are sold as shown. For rings, sizing requests may be possible — get in touch before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within New Zealand as well as to Australia and the US. All orders are carefully packaged to arrive safely. Local shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, while international shipping takes 5–10 business days.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes — each piece is carefully handmade, which means every item is unique. Slight variations in colour or design are part of what makes your jewellery special.

What materials do you use?

We use a variety of quality beads and materials, including Miyuki glass beads, freshwater pearls, natural stones, and metal components. Specific materials may vary by design — check individual product descriptions for details.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals — and remove before showering, sleeping, or exercising. Do not pull or stretch the piece. Many pieces are made using very fine stitching and delicate threads, so handle them gently. Store flat or hanging to keep their shape, in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do you have a wider variety of jewellery?

Yes — we create a wide range of beaded jewellery, and all of it is available at the local markets we attend. If you’d like to see the full collection and try pieces in person, come visit us at one of our upcoming market events.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Earring hooks, posts, and hoops are made with surgical stainless steel and are suitable for most sensitive ears. If you have a severe metal allergy, please get in touch before purchasing.
